Welcome to Data Revive (the "App"). This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the rules for using Data Revive. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

1. About Data Revive

Data Revive is a data recovery and image restoration tool designed to help users recover deleted files and repair damaged images. Core capabilities include:

• Recovering deleted photos and image files from various storage devices;
• Repairing corrupted or damaged image files;
• Scanning and analyzing storage devices for recoverable data;
• Providing preview and selective recovery options;
• Offering advanced recovery algorithms and premium features (if purchased).

Important:
Data Revive is a data recovery tool and should not be used as a replacement for professional data recovery services for critical data loss situations. Always maintain regular backups of important files.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Most features can be used without creating an account. Where optional user profiles or cloud sync become available, you must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your device or account.

3. Data Processing and Privacy

• Your recovered files and recovery operations are processed locally on your device by default. When we process aggregated or anonymized analytics, we do so to enhance product quality and reliability.
• We do not request personal identity documents. If you choose to share information (for example, by exporting recovery reports or syncing with third-party services that you authorize), you remain responsible for that disclosure.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Trials

• Some advanced features are available through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions displayed in the storefront.
• Charges are billed to your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions within your platform account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

• Free tiers of Data Revive may display advertisements provided by third-party networks.
• We aim to ensure ads are appropriate, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of third-party content.
• Third-party SDKs and analytics services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Upload or share content that violates the rights or privacy of others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent security or usage limits;
• Interfere with App functionality or access Data Revive systems without authorization.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we detect violations of these requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Data Revive—including text, graphics, software, interfaces, trademarks, and logos—is owned by the Data Revive team or licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Data Revive is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee successful data recovery, error-free operation, or that all deleted files can be restored. Recovery success depends on various factors including file system condition, overwrite status, and device integrity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Your maximum remedy for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App or the affected service during the previous twelve months.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update this Agreement to reflect product or legal changes. When we make material updates, we will notify you in-app or through other reasonable means. Continued use after an update signals your acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time; we may also discontinue or suspend access with reasonable notice where feasible.
